By creating an account, you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. Any security breach must be reported to us immediately.
You undertake to:
- Use the Service in accordance with applicable law and these terms;
- Not attempt to access data that does not belong to you (cross-tenant);

- Not use the Service to store unlawful content.
The Service is offered through several paid subscription plans. Current pricing is available on the pricing page. A free trial may be offered. No credit card is required during the trial.
The code, design, trademarks and content of NIS2YOU remain the exclusive property of Jean-Marc Strauven. The data you enter (risks, controls, action plans, etc.) remains your property. You only grant us the right to host and process it in order to provide the Service.
We use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the Service. No SLA is offered on the trial plan. Paid subscriptions include an availability commitment described in the chosen plan.
NIS2YOU is a tool to assist with risk management. It does not replace your legal responsibilities: compliance with NIS2, GDPR or any other framework remains solely your responsibility. We cannot be held liable for a decision taken on the basis of information entered in the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation, and is then securely deleted.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Liège, save for any mandatory legal provision to the contrary.
